LDN WELCOMES SEN. HONTIVEROS

Provincial Governor Imelda'  Angging' Quibranza Dimaporo warmly welcomes Senator Risa Hontiveros as she pays a courtesy visit to her office, Gov. Arsenio Quibranza Provincial Government Center, Pigcarangan Tubod, today, October 28, 2021.

Sen. Hontiveros conveyed her sincere gratitude to Governor Angging, and Ms. Sittie Aminah Q. Dimaporo for their support and partnership on the success of the recently launched Healthy Pinas Mobile Clinic held in some towns of the province such as Lala, Tubod, Kapatagan, Sapad, Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Kauswagan, and Kolambugan. 

The mobile health clinic delivered free health check-ups with diagnostic services, including ECG, ultrasound, x-ray, and blood counts. Many of our constituents have benefited from Senator Risa's campaign for a free consultation program. 

With that, Governor Angging is also very grateful for the cooperation and help of Sen. Hontiveros to continuously assist the people of the province. 

"I am thankful to Sen. Risa for including Lanao del Norte in her mobile health clinic program and also for her visit to our province. In line with our MVP, this project is very timely and crucial to bring government services closer to the people, especially this pandemic." Governor Angging said.

In her interview, Sen. Hontiveros shared that the main objective of the HealthyPinas mobile clinic is to bring non-COVID free health services to the people. 

"Indeed, there is a need to focus on urgent concerns in COVID, but there are other health concerns the Filipinos still need to be taken care of like hypertension, diabetes, cancer, and others, and that's what the mobile health clinic is built to do" Senator Hontiveros added. PIO-LDN
